
Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to marketplace loads booked on Hayrider. Policy thresholds are set by Hayrider and snapshotted when you post a load; changes apply to new loads only. Excessive cancellations may result in account review and suspension by Hayrider.
Shipper cancellation
- Cancel at least 4 days before pickup for a full refund of any charge.
- Between 1 and 3 days before pickup, self-cancel for about 80% back.
- Fewer than 0 days before pickup: contact support to cancel.
Hauler cancellation
If your hauler cancels before pickup, any charge is refunded in full.
When your card is charged
Your card may be charged when pickup is within 3 days (immediately on bid accept if already in that window). Backup charge attempts run hourly.
You will receive in-app and email notice when a charge is scheduled, about 24 hours before the scheduled charge date, when a charge succeeds, and if payment fails.
